What QC standard do you apply to bulk shoulder bag orders?

Bulk orders are inspected to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. An inspection report and carton photos are shared before shipment; third-party inspection can be arranged on request.

What are the sampling and production lead times for custom logo orders?

Samples take 3-7 days from our in-house sample room, extended to 7-15 days when a custom logo or hardware mould must be opened. Bulk production runs 35 days after deposit, and 25 days for repeat orders.

How do you handle export shipping and payment terms?

We ship FOB or CIF from China and prepare carton marks, commercial invoice, packing list and B/L. Payment is 30% deposit with the 70% balance settled before shipment.
