What is the MOQ and sample lead time for a custom mesh colourway?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour. Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room; if a custom logo or metal hardware mold is required, allow 7-15 days for tooling.

How is mesh quality inspected before bulk production ships?

We inspect mesh weave consistency, colour shading, zip smoothness and seam strength to AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor defects. Pre-shipment inspection reports are shared with buyers; third-party inspection is welcome.

What are the bulk lead time and payment terms?

Bulk production runs 35 days after artwork approval and deposit; repeat orders take 25 days. Payment is 30% deposit with the 70% balance before shipment.
